Eight resistors in one device.
The two different-sized openings on the top of the handle and the use of 2 differently heavy balls result in 8 different resistances for training. The handling corresponds to that of a flute. With a little practice, the Flow-Ball ULTRA®️ offers many possible applications. With the small ball you achieve a low resistance, the big ball is for advanced exercises, with it you achieve a higher resistance.

Some possible applications with the Flow-Ball ULTRA®️
Blow the ball up and keep it in the air for as long as possible.
Blip the ball up as often as you like and catch it again in the pipe basket.
Blow the ball up, turning one or more times around your own axis.
Tilt the flow ball ULTRA®️ slightly down or up so that the ball rotates as fast as desired around its own axis.
Place a vessel on the table and, from some distance, carry the ball into the opening by blowing vigorously.
Blow up the ball and play the partner by tilting the flow ball ULTRA®️. This takes it over by blowing in the area of his air cone. He keeps the ball in the air until his teammate has inhaled again and can take over the ball. This process can be continued for any time (even with several people).
